Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to return the products purchased within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unopened and unused. To exercise this right, you must inform us by email at info@taqua.es.

Return Process:

1. Send us an email requesting the return of the product.
2. We will send you a return form and the address to send it back.
3. Once we receive the product, we will process the return within 7 business days, refunding the amount in the same payment method used for the purchase.
